Located less than a mile from the Tampa Bay Rays spring training (Charlotte Sports Park), less than 30 minutes from the beach, Biscayne Landing is a welcoming and safe community for you and your family to fall in love with the Florida lifestyle.

Situated close to major waterways and beaches, as well as the spring training facility for the Tampa Bay Rays, residents have access to everything the local area has to offer.

Englewood Beach | Venice beach is only a little bit farther away and is a great place for shark teeth. Sarasota beach isn't much farther and it's a very highly rated beach as well.
Charlotte Sports Park | There are also some exciting places nearby there as well.

Amenities​

Our Amenity Center features a swimming pool, fitness center, and pickleball courts available from dawn to dusk (pickleball 7:30am-9:00pm). Our HOA is also proud to provide our community with services for lawn care, cable, and internet.
